The Power of Self Reflection

Reflection is a time when one turns within to become aware of ones own thoughts, feelings and desires. It can be time alone in silence or sometimes within a healing group space. The key is the time you take to tap into yourself and listen to the truth of your mind and heart energy, paying attention to who you really are, who you really want to be, how you are really being.

Reflection allows us to take time away from the outside world of influence and become deeply aware of what keeps us happy, at peace, balanced and grounded. There are times throughout the day, week, month, years, lifetime when we are not operating in our best spirits. Why is that? What has you stressed, frustrated, feeling less then? It is the power of self reflection that allows you to listen to your heart, follow its beat of love, passion, truth, peace.

Where is your heart leading you? What is your heart leading you away from? How is your mind limiting you or holding you back? When we spend reflective time to deeply feel and understand what makes our soul happy, it drives us to an understanding of what we get to hold on to, what we can add, and what we can let go of. We also learn how we are being and how we can be..

When you take a honest look at this you ask yourself, what do you need to change about yourself, your environment, the people you surround yourself with? Is it harmful or heartful? Anything that is not heartful, start taking steps to to rectify the love energy in that area. If it is something that cannot be rectified, consider how to start weening this area out of your life?

Self Reflection will allow you feel deeply and move forward in ways and areas that are true to yourself, to your heart, to your being and to your personal purpose.

Keep the heartful. Cancel to harmful.

Self reflection tips: silent or guided reflection mediation, journaling, silent time in your happy/peaceful place with your authentic thoughts.

Group reflection tips: find a group that is safe and sacred, knowing you can share and feel authentically within the group without judgement.

Peace and Blessings!

Achievement April: The Art of Happiness to Success

In one of my March Motivation Monday videos, on social media, I randomly declared April was to be Achievement April :) Which meant that April was going to be a month of many accomplishments along the way to your bigger success! I truly hope you felt the accomplishments this month and are feeling a sense of excitement!

On the road to successes, (individually defined by you) it is the achievements accomplished along the way that we get to be grateful for in order to maintain ongoing happiness.  Without gratitude for the steps big or small, you’ll be held back from feeling the joy and happiness on the path to the final results of your work. After all without the smaller steps, the bigger plan can not formulate itself.  Gratitude helps to take away the feelings of stress, anxiety, depression that can turn up until final success has arrived. Without gratitude it will not only prolong the sense of your final outcome, and could take away the bliss and passion of working on your project.

Take time to acknowledge yourself, your support systems and achievements along the way, for they are all blessings helping you on the road to success.

  •  Be grateful for each accomplishment completed towards your goal.
  •  Be grateful for the time in which each achievement is completed, as everything is accomplished in it’s perfect timing. Don’t push a goal faster than it is supposed fruition.
  •  Be grateful for all you learn about yourself and your project along the way, for without this knowledge, something could possibly malfunction within the project.
  •  Be grateful for the support you have, for without support systems successes could take a whole lot longer.

Gratitude is a key to happiness along the way to your success:

Peace and Blessings!
